Featured Park: Moora Park
Right alongside the water at Shorncliffe, Moora Park is a very popular weekend destination for several reasons. At the top of the cliff a rotunda and its surrounding manicured garden provides a lovely venue for couples wanting an outdoor wedding ceremony. Below, Lower Moora Park is well-loved for its waterside picnicking, the Shorncliffe Pier and nearby beach, and its amazing playground.

Featured Park: Orleigh Park
Located alongside the Brisbane River, Orleigh Park appeals to anyone wanting some time outdoors. Beautiful, big Moreton Bay figs line the park and provide plenty of shade for picnics and children to play.
Also named Froggy Park after the large frog and tongue slide, the facilities here include multiple playgrounds, BBQ and picnic shelters, water and public toilets. Transport to and from the park is easy, with street parking available, bus and citycat terminals at the park's end, and a bikeway throughout which connects to the city's bikeways.
