A favourite among locals, C. B. Mott Park is not just a great place to visit on a free afternoon, but often a park of choice for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. Some features include:
- a bike running the length of the park
- two playgrounds located on either side of Mott Creek
- a little wooden bridge allows crossing of the creek from one playground to the other, while a small concrete half-pipe crosses the creek at the other end of the park
